On the first day that I wore the coat to work, as I lifted it off the back of my chair to go home, one of the poppers fell off. I took a photo and I made a complaint through your website but no one has got back to me. That was two or three weeks ago. I had my last Hobbs long puffer coat for seven years. The belt broke after a couple of years, the material split under the arms after five years, but it still worked. I still wore it. Eventually the zip broke otherwise I would still be wearing it. The zip on this new coat feels flimsy and delicate. I have to be extremely careful when zipping it up as it is very easy to catch it in the surrounding material. This zip does not feel very robust. I am disappointed that one of the pooper buttons has come off after one day of wearing it. The coat is nice, stylish and warm but I don’t feel confident that it is very robust. Will this last me another seven years? I doubt it will make it through one or two seasons.

Fitted me perfectly. Wore it for the first time today and it not only looked good but kept me lovely and warm.

Purchased for outdoor hobby and it certainly ticks all the boxes on cold days spectating. I need pocket zips and these are perfect with nice deep pockets. A well finished product.

I was hoping this would be much like the Lettie Puffer it replaced at Hobbs but the design is less flattering and is much broader at the hips so didn’t fit me right. I’m also not a fan of the new straight stitching across the back rather than more flattering V shape on the previous design, but this is personal preference. The quality of the coat is l lovely however if it does fit you.

Delivery took a while! Hence 4 stars.

A perfect puffer jacket - good looking, waterproof, warm and comfortable.

I like the fitted shape and the fabric looks robust. The zip is good but the poppers are too small for the thickness of fabric and one dropped off the very first time I wore it. The colour is not quite as I expected for the description of camel.

This was bought as a present from my husband so only did a quick try on when it arrived. Really pleased with the quality!

Both pocket zips faulty. One would not open the other would not close.

Love this coat. I wasn’t sure how much use I’d get from it as I’m not a particularly cold person but with the recent cold spell I’ve worn it quite a lot since it was delivered. It’s so warm and snug and I particularly love the silky fur (fake) lining around the collar and in the pockets. Not needed the hood yet but it’s great to have the option. I love Hobbs coats already owning a couple of Tilda coats and, whilst this isn’t a dressy, smart coat I’m really impressed with how cozy it is.

This coat is warm , fitted and very flattering . I am getting lots on positive comments .Love it !

Lovely warm, cosy and stylish puffer coat with fur trimmed hood. At first I thought the hood was rather big but it fits perfectly over my head with a woolley hat on!

Please see earlier comment. Also returned item to the shop and again could not fault the process and service, with well trained professional and friendly staff. My body shape was at fault not the coat.

Not a great colour. Nice jacket though.

It is exactly what I wanted. Rain resistant, warm, looks good on, not way too expensive. Not cold enough to wear it yet though.
